When designing a radiant heating system it is important to take into account several factors and data points. For example, it is important to calculate the building and room heating loads. But, why is this important?

Even though it takes time and effort, calculating the heating loads helps tremendously to design a heating system that is more efficient, both in terms of money and also in terms of cost. In addition, it will also affect the heating conform provided by the system, which in turn affects customer satisfaction.

Now, one factor to study and calculate in designing such efficient system is heat load. Calculating heat load is not an exact science as there are many variables that affect the heat load.
